After leaving California to pursue becoming a real estate agent in Texas, Steve Sandoval stands on the side of a Texas highway holding a sign that reads “Starving 4 success – Need to sell your home? Take my card.”
He stood there with nothing but a cardboard sign, a sharp outfit, and a stack of business cards.
Determined to beat the odds with the high percentage of failure rate in the realtor industry, this realtor seems to be on the path for the successful percentile.
“I decided to stand out on the highway to show the lengths that I would go to get things done. I work hard to provide a great service…just as hard as I work to generate business,” says the realtor.
Putting everything on the line is sometimes all it takes. Sandoval says, “I left my family in California and risked all my savings coming here….and I would do it all over again.”
