Ruhana, Can you elaborate on some key experiences that have influenced your perspective on the importance of self-care and wellness?

As a generator in Human Design, life force energy is the true sustenance that fuels my goals with smarter productivity and high impact results. Having been an avid learner and enthusiast of regular breath work, kundalini yoga, and Dream porting meditations, I’ve witnessed the deeper potency and optimization in my creative work. The amount of care and mindfulness we dedicate to ourselves defines how much care we receive from the world and blessings from this vast universe.

What does wellness mean to you, and how does it play a role in your daily life and routines

Wellness is about intentionality in every action and self love as a form of devotion towards our higher purpose and a gesture towards deeper alignment. As our bodies age, we stop asking ourselves about how much we have accomplished, but rather how aligned and attuned we are towards the purpose that lives in our awakened bodies. My daily practices include an hour of yoga, intention setting meditation, lighting incense, and applying essential oils for mindfulness and higher creative performance.

Can you share some of your personal wellness practices or rituals that you find particularly effective in maintaining mental and emotional health?

Playing jazz music, lighting up candles, and burning incense set a beautiful space for writing down intentions and words of affirmation to deeply connect with them through the body. Dance as a form of ritual helps allow emotions to flow through and anchor me back into my center. I also connect with the waters of the Pacific Coast on a weekly basis as an effective from of grounding and cleansing.

What Collective Resiliency products do you recommend? What makes this product stand out in supporting resilience and mental health?

The Vitality tea containing Elderflower from Bosnia has strengthened and calmed my nervous system. It has allowed me to feel nourished and thrive on a daily basis.

Could you tell us about your collaboration with Collective Resiliency as a wellness brand? What shared values do you bring to the collective mission of supporting mental and emotional self-care and well-being?

In a transitioning world where we are being guided to nourish our health and operate from a place of deep resonance allows us to create more effectively and abundantly from a full cup. Conventional society has a tendency to condition us to over give without nourishing ourselves. Collective Resiliency is a safe haven for those who need to devote time and love for themselves to fill their cups again with a deeper sense of gratitude to show up stronger for the world. I’m immensely grateful and honored to connect and collaborate with Collective Resiliency as a brand, family, and a vision team with wellness gems from mindfulness essential oils to vitality boosting tea. I’m excited to model more in the future and design, a Shenius immersive experiences with the CR product line

For individuals looking to prioritize their mental and emotional well-being, what advice would you offer based on your experiences as a health enthusiast and your collaboration with Collective Resiliency?

The currency of happiness is something that can’t be bought, but rather self-cultivated, alchemized, and amplified in service to others and ourselves. There are no limits to our human potential when our health is honored and prioritized.
