Off the Rails: New Restaurant by Andrew Molen Provides a Whole New Food Experience

After the COVID-19 pandemic ravaged the food industry, food businesses are coming back to life. Accordingly, favorites and new players are starting to pick up momentum. One restaurant that should be a part of everyone’s to-try list is Andrew Molen’s Off the Rails.

Off the Rails is considered a new bar-restaurant that is already known for its pizza and American staples, burgers, wings, and more. Ever since that decision, he has brought in significant contributions in leadership roles for some of the high-quality restaurants in New York, including Insieme (Michelangelo Hotel), Chez Josephine, Southgate Restaurant (Jumeirah Essex House), The Plaza Food Hall (The Plaza Hotel), Sunset Beach (AB Hotels), Restaurant Gordon Ramsay (The London Hotel) Topping Rose House (Jean Georges), and Todd English Enterprises. 

Now, he is conquering the food scene in Ludlow. “We felt that Ludlow was missing a late local hangout. And we thought that by opening this, we would allow the locals and visitors to have a place to come and have fun. We want them to enjoy some good food and a welcoming atmosphere,” said the chef and businessman. The restaurant’s high-quality food and great atmosphere come with distinct drinks from the local brewery, Mount Holly. Andrew considers this beverage the perfect partner for all the food, people, and atmosphere. This exciting bar and restaurant offers eight draft beers on tap and cans available at the customers’ fingertips. Nothing less than high-quality drinks for high-quality food made in a high-quality community. 

“Our vision behind this venture is to bring some good and fun food so locals can listen to live music. We want them to enjoy good music and relax after a long ski day,” said the brilliant chef.
