Tristin Skinner, the mastermind behind up-and-coming independent record label, Art By Morning, has agreed to terms on a half-a-million dollar deal in the form of a merger with a massive global record label.
At this time, the label that Art By Morning is in talks with has chosen to remain anonymous.
After speaking with Art By Morning, they’ve concluded that they’re prepared to take things mainstream according to the detailed terms of this contract, which we were able to review for ourselves.
While Art By Morning did not disclose the total contract amount, we estimate the deal to be worth over $500,000 in the form of a cash payout plus incentives.
