But what truly sets her apart is her expertise level in real estate. She also has a tremendous drive and work ethic that helps her win clients and give them the best experience ever. One way that Candy Bowen establishes her ability to create exceptional experiences for her property clients is when she purchased a moving truck over two years ago to help a few customers move into their new homes. She stages all of her listings without any additional costs to home buyers and real estate investors. Candy also gets heavily involved in the process of having a house cleaned, organized and staged, aiming always to transform a house’s interior into a home that will bring comfort and happiness to new owners.

“I usually spend four to eight hours getting homes ready to list,” Bowen added. “I feel this is my job as a listing agent to provide my knowledge of what a great house looks like to my clients to make sure they get top dollar for their home.”Over the last four years, Candy’s practice has sold over five hundred homes to people all over Arizona.
