Chasing one’s dreams is hard. But having to deal with doubts, disappointments, and failures while climbing the summits of success is more challenging. And for this reason, many individuals opt to take paths that are relatively safer and more practical. As a result, these people deprive themselves of the fulfilling experience of achieving one’s goals. So, just like a silver lining on a cloudy day, Caroline Adegun extends a helping hand for those who are struggling to go further towards their dreams.
As one of the foremost advocates for closing the gap between success and failures, Caroline Adegun addressed herself to the challenge of beating the struggles to get ahead by sparking inspiration and becoming a beacon of hope for others. With the use of her incomparable expertise in the science of the human mind and social interactions, she takes on the challenge of helping aspiring hopefuls reach the top in one of the most competitive industries around the world—the creative space.
Being an artist herself, Caroline Adegun exactly understood the plights of most creative individuals in the field. Fueled to address the latter’s struggles, Caroline decided to establish The Hollywood Wingwoman.
Passionately created by Caroline Adegun to alleviate the difficulties artists frequently face, The Hollywood Wingwoman is a non-profit and mission-driven talent development firm designed to facilitate low-income influencers, and homeless entertainers thrive in the creative industry. With the help of professionals and Caroline’s expertise, it serves as a training ground for artists to help rebuild their self-esteem and equip them with the skills needed to survive in the entertainment business.
Proving to be a company that focuses on the welfare of struggling artists around the world, The Hollywood Wingwoman helps these talented individuals increase visibility across all platforms by defining their brands and providing them with the necessary skills to create products that are commercially viable, improve their image, establish a fan base, among others.
Aside from its technical prowess in alleviating the misfortunes of those who hit rock bottom, The Hollywood Wingwoman and Caroline Adegun especially take pride in their power of inspiring these struggling artists never to lose sight of their dreams, and most importantly, of themselves. In other words, The Hollywood Wingwoman is an agency that centers its pursuits in the holistic development of each individual, making them develop a solid foundation to sail through stormy seas.
However, the overarching success of The Hollywood Wingwoman would not have been possible without the founder’s preserving spirit and dedication to help. With a purpose to change the world for the better, Caroline Adegun took it upon herself to shape a path designed to address the struggles that individuals continue to face. So, Caroline pursued a degree in Psychology and Organizational Communications. Proving to hold an incomparable dedication towards facilitating people to achieve their dreams, she subsequently finished a master’s degree in Education and Human Development. Clothed with a zeal to help, Caroline then left the corporate world and became a personal and business brand consultant. But as time went by and as she saw more homeless artists on the streets, she decided to create an avenue where creative individuals can run to whenever they are consumed and overwhelmed by constant failures and disappointments through The Hollywood Wingwoman.
As a personal and business brand consultant, Caroline Adegun teaches clients how to brand and market themselves online and in social settings. Caroline is also a Plus Fashion Marketing Creator, and is dedicated to being a voice of body inclusivity in the fashion industry. She and her best friend Carmen Rosas recently launched their own dancing fashion series that showcases body inclusive brands and their killer dance moves.
They have partnered with multiple industry experts, including Erica Lauren, Sophie Turner, and Chardline Chanel-Faiteau, as well as Personal Stylists Nekiah Torres and Tiera Adeyanju (Atarah), to provide their clients with one-on-one mentorships and consultations throughout the program.
Now, with hundreds of artists under the care of the esteemed talent development firm, Caroline Adegun hopes to inspire more people never to be afraid of chasing their dreams. Through The Hollywood Wingwoman, she hopes to bring more artists out of the rut with the support of celebrities, entrepreneurs, and businesses around the world.
