Cookies N’ Kicks, which opened on April 13, 2019, is now one of the world’s largest sneaker shops. Since its inception, the shoe company has become a household name for shoe lovers. Not only our staff, but our customers are treated with a warm welcome and a cookie as if it was their own home,” Eli further explains.

This warm environment and customer treatment are what make Cookies N ‘Kicks different from the others. Because of this competitive advantage, the company’s social media engagement with its followers quickly grew. As a result, the shoe store has become the most followed shoe store in the world.

The success of Cookies N’ Kicks is rooted in Eli’s desire to maintain authenticity, uniqueness, and positivity. “Ever since I was young, I’ve always loved creating things on my own,” he says. “Whether it was art or class get-togethers, my main objective was affecting the environment that positively surrounded my life,” the visionary leader adds. 

Although the COVID-19 pandemic has caused most business establishments to shut down, the crisis has only prompted Cookies N’ Kicks to step up its game. Having tripled its previous years’ revenues in the past few months, the company has shown everyone that it is a force to be reckoned with. 

In an interview, partner Luca Schnetzler shared that Cookies N’ Kicks prioritizes customer experience above all else. He said that the company’s focus on creating a community for its customers and social media growth is why it has been so successful during a time where most businesses were failing.

The store wants to share good and positive values with other people, aside from providing shoes. True enough, this desire to help can be seen in how the company has a lot of people to get a job. This simply shows that Cookies N’ Kicks has always been reaching for a higher cause—quality relationship. “The connections I make and the efforts I put into connecting others has been nothing but rewarding,” Eli says. 

With the aid of social media and as a company itself, Cookies N’ Kicks plans to take over the shoe industry.
