Daniel Kivo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Vanguard University, Costa Mesa, California, and a Masters degree in Human Resources from Claremont Graduate University, Claremont, California. However, Daniel is not only a product of his academic standing or certificates. He has spent the last ten years putting in the work on the field and staking his claim as one of the most respected and highly revered human resources specialists in business today. Shortly after graduation, Daniel landed a role with the United States Navy stationed in Okinawa as a human resource specialist between May 2010 and June 2014. Afterward, he worked as a sales executive for Showdown Events Company from July 2014 to July 2016.
In 2016, Daniel joined Link Consulting, where he was in charge of every recruiting phase, including interviewing, sourcing, referencing and offering negotiations for candidates in Medical and IT. And with lofty achievements such as designing a new candidate selection parameter that relies on data, thereby yielding the possibility of employing the best applicants. He also created an automated resume screening, which hitherto reduces resume screening time and improves efficiency. After that, he moved to Ace Parking, where he recruited Los Angeles and Orange County.
