The book is part of her company and brand EMAK productions, an all-international brand for herself, which is centered on international travel, international food, and international culture. “What motivated me was the feeling of being abroad and how much you learn from it. I want to make it easier for others to learn. That is why I have travelled to 45 countries at 27 years old. I will not stop until, hopefully, one day, I can go to them all,” says Emiliette Morales.
Besides her book, Emiliette Morales recently started her YouTube channel, where she further explains how to cook international food cuisines. She also uploads videos that she filmed abroad to show her viewers the beauty of discovering new places and getting to know new cultures. At present, this content creator-entrepreneur is also working on developing Emilia’s Cucina, a fine pasta delivery service for Texas.
In the future, the passionate traveler hopes to write more books on international cuisines, including international desserts and Christmas Around the World: A Recipe Book. At the same time, she is looking to grow her YouTube channel.
