Emma Roberts is a talented Hollywood actress, model, and singer. She was born on February 10th, 1991. She is also well known as a niece of Oscar-winning actress, Julia Roberts and the actor Eric Roberts. When Emma was a child,her parents got divorced, and she stayed with her mother who won full custody. 

Her decision to become an actress was not surprising as she spent a lot of time with Julia Roberts on her movie sets. She received her first role in the movie “Blow” in 2001 where she played the daughter of Johnny Depp’s character. In the following years, she had several small roles, until she received the lead role in Nickelodeon’s teen sitcom “Unfabulous”. The show ran for three seasons and ended in 2007. During that time, Emma also released her first album and started her singing career. 

Numerous other projects followed “Unfabulous”, including “Nancy Drew” in 2007, “Hotel for Dogs” in 2009, “Scream 4” in 2011, and several other movies. In 2011, Emma Roberts decided to focus on her education as well and began attending Sarah Lawrence College in New York. Her major was English Literature. 

In 2012, Emma started dating Evan Peters who she met on a movie set. They got engaged in 2014 but decided to call off their engagement five years later in 2019. The same year Emma met Garrett Hedlund, with whom she had a child born in December 2020. In January 2022, the couple decided to separate.

Being on a Nickelodeon show was another goal Roberts managed to manifest. In 2004, after a dozen auditions, she landed the lead role of Addie Singer in the network’s sitcom Unfabulous, which ran for three seasons and spawned an album, Unfabulous and More. Roberts, who was 13 at the time, co-wrote two singles: “I Have Arrived” and “This Is Me.”
