My personal self-care journey is deeply rooted in discipline, yet it’s a source of inspiration and joy for me. Every morning, I start my day with a nourishing drink, whether it’s coffee, tea, or water infused with fruits and essential oils. I surround myself with little things I love, like my favorite yoga mat, which grounds me in my practice. Additionally, having friends to share in these routines is vital. Whether it’s a hike, a walk, or simply a meaningful conversation, these shared moments enhance my self-care journey. They provide support, motivation, and a sense of connection, making the practice of self-care even more enriching and fulfilling.
Could you describe one or two wellness rituals that are non-negotiable in your daily routine?
Two wellness rituals that are non-negotiable in my daily routine are movement and nurturing my body. Daily movement, whether it’s yoga, Pilates, or a brisk walk, is essential for keeping my body active and my mind clear. It grounds me and sets a positive tone for the day. Equally important is the way I nurture my body with food, drinks, and small joys. I focus on consuming nourishing, wholesome foods and hydrating with water, herbal teas, or fruit-infused drinks. I also surround myself with little things that bring joy, such as my favorite yoga mat or a beautifully scented candle. These rituals are integral to my well-being, helping me maintain balance and stay connected to what truly matters.

I believe that Collective Resiliency’s focus on collective wellness has a profound impact on the community of women they serve. By prioritizing self-care and a holistic approach to wellness, Collective Resiliency creates a supportive environment where women can connect, share their experiences, and uplift one another. What advice would you give to someone struggling to make self-care a priority in their life?
For someone struggling to make self-care a priority, start small and be consistent. Integrate simple, enjoyable practices into your daily routine, like a few minutes of deep breathing or a mindful cup of tea. Wellness is different for everyone, so find what brings you joy and is good for your body and mind. Seek support from friends or a community group if needed. Self-care is essential for your overall well-being and helps you live a balanced, fulfilling life.
Who in your life inspires your wellness practices, and how do they motivate you to maintain a healthy lifestyle?
In my life, the people in my community inspire my wellness practice. Their dedication to living healthy, balanced lives motivates me to maintain my own healthy lifestyle. Seeing their commitment and the positive changes they achieve encourages me to stay disciplined and continually seek out ways to nurture my well-being.
Impact on Others: How do you hope to inspire or impact others through your work and personal wellness practices?
Through my work and personal wellness practice, I hope to inspire and impact others by helping them find joy and discipline in their daily routines. Working with the elderly and teenagers in a rehab facility, I aim to guide them in discovering activities they enjoy while forming achievable yet challenging habits. By creating routines that are both nurturing and fun, I strive to empower individuals to embrace a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.
Passions Beyond Wellness: Aside from your wellness activities, what are your passions or interests, and how do they contribute to your overall well-being?
I have a deep passion for food. I love exploring recipes and sourcing fresh ingredients from local markets. Meeting the people who grow and produce this food is incredibly rewarding, I love learning about different regions and their unique products. I also enjoy foraging for berries, mushrooms, and herbs. This passion for wholesome, delicious food keeps me excited and inspired, bringing joy and creativity to my everyday life.

In my current professional role, I am dedicated to helping people discover the joy of movement and daily practices that promote health and happiness. My core mission is to guide individuals in creating daily practice that makes them healthier and more fulfilled. I love seeing people around me enjoying themselves and having a great time, and it brings me immense satisfaction to support their journeys toward well-being.
