He had very little exposure to life-changing opportunities; rather, he found himself trying to make a living while trying to rise out of the corrupt underbelly of Detroit, Michigan. He even had an instance where he was shot multiple times and almost died. Nevertheless, his hustler’s mentality eventually afforded him to be able to buy jewelry, cars, and eventually his own condo on the Detroit River, Kyle oftentimes found himself in situations where his money would run out and his next meal wasn’t guaranteed. He soon realized that the day-to-day hustle wasn’t what he wanted.
Despite these obstacles, however, he came on top and created TSL Rentals. TSL Rentals is a full-fledged rental business that features some of the most exclusive properties in South California. I decided why not get a bunch of luxury places and have people pay me to stay at my homes,” Kyle says.
Kyle’s five-year goal is to own one of the best black-owned hospitality businesses globally while spreading his business tentacles to other markets like Texas, Miami, and Detroit.
