Entertainment has long acted as a catalyst for escapism and reflects current events and other social happenings around us. But over time, many have elevated this tool to create a lasting impact on society. Enter Chris LaVoie, founder and owner of LaVoie Entertainment and Red Knight Studios. He is responsible for producing provocative TV streaming programs like Art of Recruiting, Top Recruiter: Miami, Top Recruiter: North America VS Europe which were created to give viewers something to think about. Recently, LaVoie created another production called 4 Days to Save the World.
4 Days to Save the World is a program that dares the world’s top investors, executives, and CEOs to solve social issues influenced by the United Nations. Participants are tasked with doing the impossible in four days, and one challenge is ending homelessness. They will have to build viable solutions that can create a positive impact. However, the participants will have to overcome these challenges alongside teenagers.
The program is meant to be more than an experience and TV series. It is a platform where dreams come true. In a social experiment in Miami, the producers witnessed brilliant minds and families come together to build a closer relationship in all aspects, from global communities to family ecosystems. Team Homelessness was a group of strangers on the first day and became family within 98 hours. Next, they worked on building a financially viable solution that could save and enhance lives.
Leonce Luma Jr. is a teenager who joined the program as a member of Team Homelesslessness, who played an integral role in the team. Having been homeless before, Leonce was a crucial resource for his team to have a deeper understanding of what it’s like to be homeless, raising the bar in performance. He was joined by entrepreneurial leaders Ben Sywulka, Chanie Gluck, Marina Ilari, Joseph and Moshe Frankle, Jessica, Son Schneider, and more.
“As a child, I experienced some serious challenges while I was growing up,” said filmmaker and executive producer Christopher LaVoie. “It’s critical for not only the youth but all people to be empowered. When you are on set, you are able to experience this enhanced empowerment. It’s magical to feel.”
Founder Christopher LaVoie’s career started in the human capital space. However, between 2010 and 2011, consuming video content became a big trend, giving him the idea that video marketing would become a significant figure in the future. Although it took a while, LaVoie took a leap of faith and quit his work to focus on his filmmaking & producing career. While programs like Shark Tank dominated television, LaVoie sought to bring something new to the table by creating Top Recruiter, the first of many other programs.4 Days to Save the World was launched on September 6, 2021, on the brand new streaming network, H2HTV. The show is available in 140 countries on AppleTV, Amazon FireTV, Roku, and more. 4 Days to Save the World distribution is currently expanding into platform A TV streaming networks globally this summer.
