After coming across a blue pinafore dress in a local fashion magazine called MODA, the LosAngeles MODA CEO went on a shopping trip with her mother to look for the dress of her dreams, only to go back home empty-handed.
“As my mother saw the sadness on my face, she brought out my grandma’s old sewing machine,” she recalled. “What happened next was amazing: she used her old maxi dress and made the most breathtaking dress for me.”
It was that transformation of her mother’s plain old maxi dress that would ignite a deep-seated interest in style and fashion for the creative LosAngeles MODA owner. Years down the road, she would launch a company committed to bringing to the table comfortable yet uber-chic outfits that speak of the wearer’s personal style.
Today, LosAngeles MODA serves as one of the go-to boutiques in Southern California. The one-stop shop offers a wide variety of apparel, from simple casual clothes and party wear to accessories like sunglasses, jewelry, and handbags. Spearheaded by a team of creative designers, it focuses on delivering unique pieces that help individuals exude confidence and power.
