Female empowerment in today’s world comes in different forms, to Priya Jain Female empowerment means feeling unapologetically confident and beautiful. Naked Lynx was born with the intention to make every woman that wears Naked Lynx feel like her hottest self.

Priya is a model, designer, and artist who founded Naked Lynx, a luxury resort wear to give women a fashion brand they can connect with and feel powerful wearing.

The brand, created for women by women, operates in Los Angeles and New York City. The brand sources its materials locally between Los Angeles and New York City to keep the carbon footprint low.

The inspiration to build Naked Lynx was born out of women in fashion and women who know what they want to wear and what they want to look like. In her words, the founder, Priya Jain, said: “I wanted to create clothing that empowered women, made by women, intended for women. It was important to me that everything was sourced locally between NYC and LA.

As a luxury brand for women, Naked Lynx is designed for every category of women regardless of age, tribe, race, nationality, or social status. There are several pieces accessible to all budgets while maintaining the highest standard of quality. Naked Lynx is swimwear that is Inspired by lingerie.

As quoted by Priya Jain, “The inspiration is for the babe that likes to be seaside in Malibu or poolside in the Hamptons,”

The journey toward building Naked Lynx began with Priya Jain’s work as a model in Los Angeles.

The Orange County, California-born model then moved to New York City to continue her career in 2019, and by 2020, she had launched her own clothing line. Shuttling between Los Angeles and New York City, Priya Jain has built a brand that many women can identify and associate with. She has also taken numerous trips to Europe as she feels there’s an effortless beauty there, she would love to embody in Naked Lynx. Launching a resort wear brand during a global pandemic came with challenges, such as supply chain shortages, staffing shortages, start-up cost escalation, and shipping escalation.

However, having a founder with a strong presence and experience in the modeling world helped the brand overcome those obstacles. “I maintain a positive attitude all through the turbulence.”

Now that sales are rising, I’m enjoying the positivity and success. “Nothing worth doing is without challenges,” Priya Jain said.

Since its inception, Naked Lynx has leveraged its founder’s exposure to the fashion world and rode on her wave and influence. Priya Jain has worked as a model with 838 Media Group in Los Angeles with photographer Ash Gupta on numerous projects. Some other notable photographers she has worked with include Kesler Tran, Sam Demshek, Yves HuyTruong, Jen Senn, and Max Thompson. She has also worked with brands like Carbon Jewelry, Wolford, Gooseberry Swim, Fae Swim, Veronica Paegen Swim, Blu Dream Swim, Raju Clothing, 138 Water, and many others brands. Priya has been featured in music videos for artists like Snoop Dog and Monday Justice and walked the runway for Veronica Paegen during the Miami Swim Week and in California for Nordstroms Trunk Club Business Wear. She is well in tune with the lingerie and swimwear industry, so it was easy for her to launch her own line for powerful women globally.

On the goals for Naked Lynx, Priya Jain has expressed her desire to connect with women globally and give them a brand they can integrate into their daily lives. “I want to make my vision accessible to women everywhere. I want my brand to be desirable and comfortable, stylish and sexy,” she said. “I continue to want to establish and maintain brand identity. I would like to see Naked Lynx sold in resorts worldwide in the next five years.”
