Priscilla Milton Jankans is a high achiever who is always looking for the next challenge to take on. At 20, she became a registered nurse and an Open Heart Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse the following year at one of the biggest hospitals in the United States. Not satisfied with her income, she decided to try out other ventures outside her job, which launched her entrepreneurial journey. Priscilla only wanted to make extra income so she could afford more education and then travel to visit places, but she ended up doing more than just that. She first started a clothing boutique in 2014, which she sold.
Currently, she owns a traveling medical staffing agency named L.A. Nursing Services, which supplies doctors, nurses, physical therapists to hospitals all over the United States. There are 240 doctors working for this agency, which she established in 2016. In 2019, she established NurseproCEO, a business coaching and consulting agency that experienced dramatic growth during the COVID-19 pandemic. Shortly after, she also established a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization named Nurses for George, which focuses on eradicating systemic racism in healthcare and making quality healthcare available to the underserved population in L.A. County at no cost.
Beyond owning these businesses, Priscilla Milton-Jankans has taken it upon herself to spread the good word about entrepreneurship and getting people to see why they need to establish profitable businesses. Her first business cost her $750 to start, and now the business has grown into a six-figure business, and she has gone on to establish even more businesses. She is not helping other people develop their businesses through training and strategic coaching. She provides innovative resources to help any category of entrepreneurs make the most of their investments.
Her services are targeted towards small business owners, business consultants and coaches, public speakers, financial advisors, and health care professionals. She is passionate about people excelling in business, and in her words, “I am currently looking to sponsor 100 aspiring entrepreneurs through my NurseproCEO academy. All webinars, courses will be free of charge. Also, I will provide each student with a 20-minute one-on-one consultations to assist them in getting started. Many people are looking into working for themselves due to the current economic climate.”
She has a strong digital presence on social media, and she keeps winning people over through her engaging content and resources. Her websites get more than half a million visitors monthly while she has more than 45,000 email subscribers. She keeps putting out the word about her business and non-profit.
Priscilla Milton-Jankans has built a million-dollar business, and she wants other people to do the same. When asked if she would be doing anything else in five years’ time, she says no. She will continue with her business of building more businesses and business owners. She is also going to continue with her public speaking and launch a podcast show so she can reach more people.
Priscilla Milton-Jankans is where she is because she followed her passion and put her knowledge to good use. She is encouraging others, too, and should they experience challenges, NurseproCEO is there for them.
