Rosa Cesareo Makes Waves with New Single “Pretty Eyes”

Rising artist Rosa Cesareo has recently released her latest single, “Pretty Eyes,” a bold new addition to her roster of songs. Her music is influenced by the artists she admires as well as by her multicultural background. But bringing it all together is Rosa’s skills as a singer and songwriter. Her latest single is a testament to her continued growth as an artist, which bodes well for her future in the music industry.

The 21-year-old singer and songwriter grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada. Born to an Iranian mother and an Italian father, Rosa Cesareo grew up listening to music from different countries and cultures. The singer cites this upbringing as a significant factor in her global taste in music, which feeds into the artistry of her own songs.

Although her parents were not musicians by any means, Rosa Cesareo found her passion for music early in her childhood. She shared, “I had a Hello Kitty CD player when I was four. I remember singing along to my Gwen Stefani, Britney Spears, and Amy Winehouse CDs. Even though I had no formal training in singing and music, I would be performing these songs all day, singing and dancing my heart out.” Rosa had found her calling and was determined to pursue her passion.

In middle school, Rosa taught herself to play the piano. “I really wanted to learn, so I taught myself through Youtube video tutorials,” the singer shared. “I would visually copy what the pianist’s hands were doing. I did that note by note until I figured out how to play.” Seeing her dedication, Rosa Cesareo’s father bought her an upright piano as a gift.

Young Rosa would continue to grow in her craft by beginning to write songs. The artist was 15 when she began experimenting with music and lyrics. “Writing songs allowed me to express myself during a difficult time in my life,” Rosa said. “Up to this day, I still write songs inspired by my experiences.” After a few years of writing songs and sharing them on SoundCloud, Rosa was sure she wanted to study music on a higher level. After graduating high school, she was accepted to the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. Today, Rosa is in her senior year studying Production and Sound Design. “Music brings me so much joy, and I am committed to learning and growing as much as possible as an artist. I know in my heart this is what I am meant to do,” the singer/songwriter shared.

“Pretty Eyes” is her bold new single highlighting her sultry vocals and incredible songwriting prowess. The song builds momentum as it progresses, creating a fun and dynamic listening experience for her listeners. Rosa Cesareo is also set to release remixes of this single by Grammy-nominated producer StoneBridge, Max Vangeli, The Fifthguys, Going Deeper and Invisible.

Rosa Cesareo’s exciting single comes after two of her previous releases, “Cruisin’” and “Sick & Sweet.” She admits to her tendency to write songs in minor keys, resulting in songs with a darker tone. However, Rosa is able to brighten up her every release with vocals and production. “I would say my songs are bold and playful. They are definitely fun to dance to, with uplifting messages in them as well.”
