Sarina Film Productions’ acclaimed short film “Love Beyond Dreams” made its Los Angeles debut, screening at the Regal Sherman Oaks Galleria. The film, directed by Jeremiah Kipp, has now garnered 51 awards internationally. This premiere was part of the Marina del Rey Film Festival, now in its 13th year under festival director Jon Gursha.
“Love Beyond Dreams” serves as a proof of concept for a larger feature film project, allowing audiences to experience a glimpse of the full-length story Sarina Film Productions aims to bring to the big screen.
Andrea Simon, representing writer-producer Simin Vaswani, attended the premiere. Simon, a partner at Rain Management Group since October 2020, brings over two decades of experience as a literary agent, manager, and producer to her collaboration with Vaswani on the upcoming project “Timeless Love.”

Simon’s impressive career includes founding Andrea Simon Entertainment, where she has represented award-winning television and motion picture directors, writers, playwrights, producers, and novelists. Simon brings with her a roster of clients including Evangeline Ordaz (13 Reasons Why, Vida), Roxann Dawson (Breakthrough, The Americans), Zetna Fuentes (Cursed, Ray Donovan), Adam Davidson (Fear the Walking Dead, Kingdom), David Rodriguez (Hightown, Animal Kingdom), Carl Capotorto (The Deuce, Vinyl) and Merri Howard (The Morning Show, Little Fires Everywhere), among others. Her producing credits include executive producing “More of Me” starring Molly Shannon, and she is currently packaging several feature films and television shows.
“Love Beyond Dreams” showcases a talented ensemble cast. Simin Vaswani, serving as writer, producer, actress, and editor, has accumulated 86 awards across various categories in her multifaceted career. Harish Vaswani, an Amazon Project Lead and co-founder of Sarina, contributes his expertise with multiple awards in Sound, Acting, and Producing.
The film also introduces Karan Vaswani, a 6-year-old prodigy studying at a 2nd-grade level. An accomplished pianist, Karan has already secured multiple awards for his acting, including accolades for child acting, voiceover work, and ensemble performance. Stefan Badea, a Rising Star Ballroom Champion with 25 years of dance experience, makes his screen debut in “Love Beyond Dreams,” having won multiple acting awards for his performance.
“Love Beyond Dreams” tells the story of Simin, a woman grappling with intimacy issues in her relationship with Harish. Seeking solace, she retreats into her dreams where she encounters Charmaine and Antoine, whose lives are filled with love, romance, passion, and dance. This dreamworld becomes a wellspring of inspiration, reinvigorating Simin’s romantic journey with Harish and rekindling their timeless love.
The film’s emotional impact is evident in audience reactions. Steven Mejia, after viewing the film, remarked, ‘It made me think what I could do for Liliana.’ Liliana Pardo shared her experience: ‘I loved watching Simin express her gratitude in the relationship with her husband and son. I also enjoyed the imagery, beautiful dancing and choreography. Especially with a few words as it made me think of how powerful a simple gesture is and can rekindle passion, romance, motherhood and love.’
The film’s success at the Marina del Rey Film Festival adds to its impressive run, which includes notable wins at the Swedish International Film Festival, the Vegas Movie Awards, the New York International Film Awards, the Europe Music Video Awards, and more. This achievement positions Sarina Film Productions as an emerging force in independent cinema, known for its innovative storytelling and high production values.
