Before joining ZRG Partners, Vikash held positions at two executive search firms in the US, where he primarily served Life Sciences and Healthcare clients. Before embarking on a career in search, he served as CEO of Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories in South Africa and Canada. He was the Director and Head of New Business Development at Aspen Pharmacare.
Vikash’s journey in the healthcare sector began in 1990 as a family physician in South Africa, where he operated his practice for nine years. He earned an MBA and held executive positions in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries across multiple continents for 18 years.
Aside from his professional achievements, Vikash is also a proud father of two sons, one of whom has autism. He was an active participant in the fundraising efforts for the Els Center of Excellence for Autism. This public charter school raised $25 million to provide free education to students with autism. In recognition of his contributions, Vikash was inducted into the African American Golfers Hall of Fame in 2015.”
