A Truck Stop Founder Reuven Pitschadza Set to Launch Rezo Capital to Provide Real Estate Opportunities for the ‘Unqualified’

Whatever business venture he has in mind, Reuven Pitschadza asks himself one question: How will this serve the public? Reuven is the powerful force behind Quality Builders and A Truck Stop, companies that are both serving people and adding value to their lives. To celebrate his four decades on the planet, the entrepreneur is planning to launch another people-driven business called Rezo Capital.

A Truck Stop is a company of truck stops located across the country offering innovative and trucker-friendly services. The company offers a wide range of packages that comes with free meals and equipped with charging stations in anticipation of the growth of eco-friendly semi-trucks. Truckers are usually charged for such services at other truck stops, but A Truck Stop offers them free.

Venturing further into the construction scene and following the success of his other businesses, Reuven aims to launch Rezo Capital. This private fund will be used to sponsor future construction adventures and real estate investments. Set to launch on the entrepreneur’s 40th birthday, Rezo Capital aims to disrupt the construction industry by providing a solution that could potentially address the housing problem in the United States.

Rezo Capital will provide homeownership and real estate investment opportunities to those who do not qualify for traditional home financing, Reuven recognized the gap where people are struggling to find the right financial institutions that will support their dream of owning homes. Hence, he wanted to create investment opportunities made for the “overlooked and the underserved.”

“I work nonstop to build a reputation the public will recognize. I want to work for the public, not myself. It’s not enough to have a company that is profitable. I want to know my products and services are bringing value to our customers,” shared the entrepreneur. Reuven aims to deliver products and services that people need at prices they can afford to help them achieve the life they picture for themselves.

Asked what motivates him to operate at such a holistic approach to entrepreneurship, Reuven shared that he knows how hard it is to have nothing and no comfortable home to live in. Coming from humble beginnings, Reuven aims to be a positive example to those who have nothing but are aiming for greater heights.

“I came from poverty and grew up in the country of Georgia. I shared a room not only with siblings but also cousins. At one time, there were ten of us in one room. Sometimes, we did not even have money for food. There were little to no possibilities to better myself and become the person I wanted to be in Georgia,” Reuven recalled.

When he was ten years old, Reuven moved to Israel, and it was then that he saw a little hope. He pursued his education at Technion in Haifa, Israel, and eventually studied field-building engineering. After graduation, Reuven moved to the United States to seek more opportunities and immediately launched his career in the construction industry. Experiencing the success he now has, Reuven wants to pay his success forward by creating opportunities for others who are struggling financially.
