Aaron Rian on dealing with High End Clients

Aaron Rian is a nationally known real estate agent with  top-level recognition for the excellence of his work. In his five-plus years as a real estate agent, Rian has been a Top One Percent Metro Realtor and a Multi-Million Dollar Sales Producer. We sat down with Aaron to learn more about how he has been able to build his book of business in the high end luxury real estate market with high level clients.

Aaron Rian is one of America’s most successful Real Estate Brokers, in his career is responsible for over two billion in Real Estate Transactions throughout his own production and his Brokerage combined. Rian specializes in the high end real estate market where he has worked with some pretty big names in professional sports, & other celebrities. To protect the confidentiality and interests of Aaron and his clients we aren’t able to discuss who he represents. Furthermore we asked Aaron what he has been able to do that allowed him to reach this market, here is what he had to say.

It’s not what is seems

Unlike what you would see on Reality TV, Working in high end luxury real estate usually deals with a lot of the clients representatives such as agents, lawyers, & other family members of the client. Not to say that the clients don’t show up to view the properties, but for a majority of the real estate process high level clients usually aren’t involved.

Who Aaron has worked with

With all of his success he has attracted many high end clients.  When asked about what type of clients Aaron Rian worked with he stated, “I work with all types of clientele but on the high end side it ranges anywhere from soccer players, NBA players, to high end executives.” It has been a pleasure and continues to be when I work with clients like this, they understand that they are in good hands and it feels great as always for them to put their trust in my hands.”

It is important for anyone thinking about getting into this market to know that you have to not treat these clients better than any others. This is something that I see many brokers do and because of this they’re not able to keep their pipeline strong enough to hit their benchmarks and goals. For me it doesn’t matter what piece of real estate it is or if the client is a billionaire or a first time home buyer, if you chose me to list or sell your home you will be accommodated the same way to my high level standards.
