Music and Spirit breathes life to a world where imagination, science, energy, work, and music, harmoniously coexist. It is a project that is borne out of Devorah’s passion for art and creativity, as well as her empathy for those who are striving and practicing within these realms. Fifty percent of the proceeds from Music and Spirit’s products go to organizations that promote world peace, unity, ending world hunger, and scholarship funds for musicians.
While thirty percent of the proceeds go back into the economy for art and music to thrive, Devorah is also in search of other organizations to where the proceeds could go. This means that if a customer wants to donate the proceeds to an organization of their choosing, then that can also be arranged.
The business structure of Music and Spirit is definitely one that most companies should aspire to. It is a completely unique structure where the profits will go towards empowering and assisting the world’s artists and people in low-income areas all over the world.
“I am turning my songwriting and art into something that can be purchased for charity. My songwriting can be bought with full royalties, and my paintings are non-profit. I want to inspire a blanket economy for artists and musicians through this structure,” eloquently explained Devorah.
There is nobody else who is doing it like her. Devorah is a massive inspiration to artists and creatives everywhere. “I wanted to inspire people to give more, and I also wanted to separate myself from my mismanaged music career. My ex-manager made a mess of my artistic vision. I am trying to get out from underneath him and show people that self-publishing and running your own artistic business is possible,” she expressed.
In the near future, Devorah envisions herself owning a gallery and making money for the people that need it the most. Currently, she is selling tickets for an online talent event on Eventbrite so people can showcase their various talents and win prizes.
