Musician and content creator Cooli Highh has been flying high as of late after his collaboration track with artists Starlito and Young Dolph entitled “OG Kush—Remix” hit over 147,000 streams on Spotify. And as great as his music’s performance has been on digital channels and everywhere else, the artist maintains that his best music is still ahead of him.
Cooli Highh is an artist who has known both significant wins and overwhelming challenges. “I’ve had many obstacles that I’ve had to endure and overcome,” shared the artist. “Besides being told I’ll never walk, play a sport, work a job, and much more, my origin story has made me different.” But all of his biggest setbacks have helped mold him into the artist that he is today.
Despite having created such a significant buzz online, Cooli Highh has yet to sign with a major label. Still, the artist continues to collaborate with other artists and drop record-smashing tracks. Come this next half of 2021, the musician looks to launch several big projects, including one collaboration with artist Rockie Fresh, who’s currently averaging over a quarter of a million streams on Spotify alone. “I’ve been focusing on material that gives the grit of the south merged with influences from the west and east coast,” explained Cooli Highh on his upcoming tracks. “My next tracks will motivate people who think they are stuck living one way to realize they have other options if they want to go for it. The ups and downs of independent growing pains and real life are all part of the journey to success.”
Cooli Highh has been huge on collaborations for most of his career, as he loves to connect and network with high-rising and up-and-coming talents. Some of the artists he’s worked with include the likes of Sauron, Batman, Sachy, AyoWithTheMayo, DeeB, Level, Urban Nerd, and many others. Cooli is best known for songs like “Cold Soul,” “Flowers,” “For The Game,” “Piranha,” “Locomotive,” “Big Face Hunnits,” “Arkansas Anthem M.M.M.,” “Worked So Hard,” “Medicine,” and many others. Before the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Cooli released “Road to Fame,” which quickly rose up the ranks and hit thousands of streams all across various streaming channels in record time.
Cooli Highh continues to find success on the digital platform front. On YouTube, the artist currently has over 36,000 subscribers and 19 million streams. He also has considerable followings in other channels, including 11,000 followers on Instagram. Cooli Highh hopes to keep growing as an artist and raising the standard of music. He doesn’t have one single genre, but he doesn’t see that changing anytime soon as he likes to mix and match different styles to create diversity and an element of surprise.
