Embark on the Road to Healing and Success with Ji Nelson’s Face Forward

Life’s challenges can be disheartening at times, and staying motivated can be tough. But with the help of a good read, people can get a fresh mind and better understand how to overcome obstacles.

Ji Nelson, the owner of the publishing company Prism Pages, recently released Face Forward, a book that addresses a person’s life journey in a motivational way. It includes inspiring messages and advice meant to uplift people struggling to come to terms with their pasts or achieve closure. The book lets one explore their reservoir of thoughts, feelings and memories, both past and present. By providing encouragement and solutions to problems, Face Forward guides the readers toward moving forward to the path of healing. In addition, it functions as a journal, which allows the readers to track and chart their progress to recovery—may it be emotional or spiritual.

Past and personal experiences inspired Ji Nelson to write the book. He was born in Midland, Texas, and belonged to a family with a diverse background. His father, who served as a captain of the Midland Fire Department, was also a minister, a guitar player, and a songwriter. On the other hand, his mother was a singer and choir directress who worked in the Same Day Unit of Midland Memorial Hospital. Even at such a young age, Ji Nelson was exposed to the different facets of arts, particularly music.

His passion for music led him to study and learn its different aspects, including songwriting and production. He attended the prestigious school of Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts, and later on earned a degree. As a result, he managed to become a successful musician. This accomplishment allowed him to collaborate with record-breaking artists and travel around the world.

Growing up, Ji Nelson’s family stressed the importance of community service and immersion. So when he chose to settle in California, he committed himself to a life of service to help others discover the best in themselves and the possibilities ahead of them.

Face Forward aims to help readers let go of the past and move forward. “My work is to point and shoot past the fluff. I get down to the bones of helping you find who you are and the solutions to the obstacles that are holding you back,” Ji Nelson explains. His backstory and previous narratives are expressed in great detail within each chapter. In addition, the book speaks of the challenges he faced in every facet of his life, along with the answers on how he overcame them. He wants to help those struggling and facing adversities to create a path towards healing and success.

At present, Ji Nelson appreciates the moments he shares with his own family. He is now a father of three and married to Dr. Philis Nelson. His plans for the future include his desire to continue being a helping hand to others by continuing his motivational speaking engagements and expanding his music skills. Over time, he also hopes to write more books and publish them under his company, Prism Pages.
