Entrepreneur Matt Tommy Empowers Other Businesses to Scale through Effective Strategies

Very few brilliant entrepreneurs are responsible for raising and developing multiple networks to multiple-digit incomes. Matt Tommy is one of them. A business owner and innovator on another level, he is currently running a channel that teaches others to monetize their audience with subscription products, Discord and Patreon servers, among other strategies.

His second business is a consulting business that focuses on taking a revenue share of course creators and scaling their online offers. “We provide the strategy, resources and blueprint for creators to execute at the highest level and bring out the greatest output,” says the businessman. The standard operating procedures of Tommy’s businesses are on a different level. They understand systems and how to remove yourself versus being in the weeds like most entrepreneurs. “It’s a paid on the performance model, and we work only on revenue share, and it works out to be better for everyone else. The best part is seeing some from going to be fully trapped, to making more, doing less, being more effective as a CEO versus an operator,” adds Matt Tommy.

This high-performing company has unique ways to drive leads and qualified ones too. Their proprietary strategy for scaling is unique and different. And as they grow their networks, they are looking at inviting and attracting more influencers that want to monetize or anyone who wants to grow and scale an online education business. “Our results and how hands-on we are, we treat their business like our own because we have a revenue share. Our company is not a cookie-cutter agency. We work on it all the time, we have a team of 10-20 in one business, and the other business has 40-50 people,” says the brilliant businessman when asked about their advantage over other competitors. 

Matt Tommy and his team can provide clarity, simplicity, and battle-tested things that work because they have done it so many times, in so many niches, with so many people. Their IP and knowledge is complex, if not impossible to replicate. Matt Tommy’s motivation to do what he has been able to do didn’t come like most. His initial desire was simply to be unique. So by creating a brand, he can lead by example.

A few years from now, Matt hopes that the company will have thousands of clients in the consulting business, reaching 6 to 7 figures a month run rates for clients—having them entirely removed, fired and delegated at scale. In addition, they envision that their business will be helping other businesses exit and then be thoroughly removed as they go into the equity and brokerage aspect of the coaching business. They also see themselves investing in significant commercial buildings, launching NFTs for big brands, and having one of the biggest personal brands in the world.
