Such is the case with Ahmad Samu’el, an up-and-coming visionary whose passion for music has allowed him to make significant waves in the trade. Today, he serves as a source of inspiration and motivation for go-getters who want to reach impressive heights in their respective ventures.
As someone passionate about his craft, Ahmad Samu’el made it his lifelong vision to use his career to facilitate success for others. At the heart of his purpose-driven efforts lies the belief that anyone can translate their visions into reality as long as they commit to their goals and embrace their potential. Born in Jacksonville, Florida, Ahmad Samu’el grew up listening to music in the 90s hip hop and R&B. When he was still in middle school and high school, he already began embracing his ability to play different musical instruments. “I got into songwriting because my language arts teacher encouraged me to take a creative writing and poetry course with her. She said all you’re doing is telling your story to a rhythm, make it interesting. After a couple of rounds, I realized I had a real passion for music. After that point, everything just fell into place,” he shared in an interview. According to him, music has always been his paradise to escape from the world.
“I love being involved and interacting with the process from day one. Seeing how things are coming together, from just starting with a drum kit and a melody idea then blossoming into a full masterpiece,” the artist shared.
Immensely fueled by the desire to lead a career in music, he created his own production company, Mix Therapy Entertainment, which focuses on artist developments, song production, mixing mastering and vocal choreography. “I wanted to bring a lighthouse for music talents in Jacksonville, Florida. In the process, I created projects like “Boss Life the album,” “Baller Paradise EP,” and many more,” he shared.
Although he is most recognized for his incredible skills and talent, Ahmad Samu’el is also acclaimed for his unwavering commitment and unyielding determination. After his fair share of struggles in the past, he wants to let all the other go-getters know that challenges and obstacles are nothing but necessary steps to getting to the pinnacles of success. For him, instead of treating difficulties as roadblocks, one should treat them as constructive elements that would lead to growth.
“You have to invest in yourself. You got to be the biggest contributor to your success and goals. You can’t depend on other people to do it for you or drive your success car. You got to get behind the wheel and drive down the road,” he said. “Yes, you are going to make wrong turns. Yes, you may end up in places you were not supposed to go. Indeed, there is no GPS to the road to success, but when you get there, you’ll realize that the journey was worth it,” he added.
In the coming years, Ahmad Samu’el envisions himself becoming one of the music geniuses in the industry. “My goal is to make timeless music that people can still enjoy and play ten to twenty years from now. I want my music to bring back great memories and vibes,” he left off.
