Divorced from Greg’s mother when he was five, his father’s conservative beliefs shaped his entrepreneurial spirit. Greg’s father’s successes in the San Francisco Bay Area as an entrepreneur inspired him to pursue a business degree at the University of Colorado, Boulder.
During his time at Boulder, Greg’s passion for real estate development was ignited. He saw the potential for growth and transformation in the field and decided to make it his career. Greg successfully built a portfolio of properties in Boulder, Vail, and Aspen, showcasing his entrepreneurial skills.
Not limiting himself to real estate development, Greg also participated in developing and building restaurants and other projects in California. This diversification allowed him to expand his business ventures and further showcase his creativity and determination.

To celebrate the launch of the Mission Peace billboard, Staunch Moderates® hosted a grand party on Friday, 12/01/23, at Sunset & Martel. This was an event to remember, with the legendary Bigfoot Staunch in attendance. The party marked the beginning of a week-long run of Mission Peace at Lumiere Cinema on Wilshire Blvd, Beverly Hills. Opening night was a glamorous affair, complete with a red carpet and the enigmatic Bigfoot Staunch himself.
