HOUSTON, Texas. On Saturday, August 8, the spirit of giving was on full display as the Be Impactful Foundation welcomed children and families to its Annual Back-to-School Drive. The day was filled with generosity, laughter, entertainment, and, most importantly, hope.
More Than School Supplies
As families gathered to prepare for another school year, the event offered more than just school supplies. It created a welcoming space where children felt celebrated and supported, reminding them that their community believes in their future.
Thanks to the kindness of donors, volunteers, and community supporters, children received free backpacks filled with essential school supplies and other items to help them begin the school year prepared and confident.
For many families, back-to-school season brings excitement, but it can also bring significant financial pressure. The cost of backpacks, notebooks, pencils, folders, paper, and other classroom necessities can add up quickly.
