The nine-day retreat is dedicated to three levels of our existence: spiritual, mental, and body. Hosted in one of the most beautiful parts of Costa Rica – Santa Teresa, the Neo Ross transformation retreat includes local spiritual and healing practices, daily meditations and yoga, carefully planning out a year ahead, handpicked restaurants and places that will take the breath away from each participant.
