During middle school, he never saw himself working for someone other than himself. However, as with other business owners, Sharieff did not know where to start at first. The death of rapper Nipsey Hussle, who was known to be an advocate for the people in the neighborhood where he grew up and made his name, motivated Sharieff to finally pursue his craft. He revisited his idea of starting his own business and finally executed it in honor of Nipsey.
Currently, On Point Goaldiggers is catering to people on all walks of life, especially the younger generation with the hope of sharing, evoking, and promoting a beneficial and effective viewpoint out of life.
