McClain, better known as ‘MAC Woods’ within creative circles. A proud alumnus of the University of Oklahoma, Cordney positioned himself at the forefront of inclusion, diversity, and equity by acquiring rich expertise in these areas. His commitment is reflected in his role as the Inclusion Expert for the STAAR Foundation, over seven years of corporate consulting, holding multiple board positions, and creating curriculum based workshops committed to professional development with intention on equity.

Cordney’s commitment extends beyond mere inspiration. He actively engages in programs and curriculum development, aiming to equip marginalized youth and other underserved groups with value-based knowledge in domains like financial literacy, self-love, and goal execution. Demonstrating his prowess as an educator, Cordney also serves as an adjunct professor in Business Communications, sharing his knowledge derived from two decades of corporate experience.
