People have experienced dire hardships in the last season with a global pandemic, reports of racial brutality, and beyond. Yet one artist, Tai Kobain, is out to help people cope with hardship through his music to release his latest EP album.
Tai has been around the music scene for quite a while, but he’s making an even bigger push this 2021 with the release of his latest and most exciting album to date. Through the Pain, the artist’s latest release, is a three-track project that looks to heal people through the power of music. The album features some of Tai’s top-tier tracks that showcase the musician’s writing and performing prowess in one package. Moreover, the album has a message that people need to hear today.
What makes Tai Kobain’s music so powerful is that it connects with people. Most of this is because the singer and songwriter have been through many challenges in the last few years. Yet despite all that he has had to endure, he still stands strong today and serves as a testament to what persistence can do for someone who refuses to give up and fights “through the pain,” as Tai’s album would say.
“I have always been about making my music relatable for my fans and listeners,” shares Tai Kobain. “Going through a lot as a father and spouse, I want to tell people about my trials and tribulations. Although times are not always easy, I make the most of each situation I’m put in, and anyone can do the same. The choice is ours.” And that is the message that Kobain hopes will ring aloud with the release of Through the Pain.
Tai believes that music should be about putting out quality over quantity. That belief has driven most of his music career as he has released a select roster of songs that continue to make rounds on digital streaming platforms and radio airwaves. In 2019, he released his first single, “Control,” then followed it up with an album called That Love Shit, which contains tracks like “Lovin’ You Wrong,” “Cash Up,” “Breakin’,” “April’s Interlude,” and others.
Kobain has a distinct sound that goes around the R&B category and steps out of the box every so often. Given his uniqueness and masterful writing, the artist continues to gather a solid following through time. Yet even with his stellar success, Kobain looks to continue growing with time as he delivers new content as often as he can.
The artist also put out a music video for his song “Control” last May 2021. The video is on YouTube and has already hit over 40,000 video views to date.
Just like its creator, Thru The Pain has endured many trials. Through this new release and the many more songs that he hopes to deliver, Tai Kobain looks to continue inspiring people through his music and life through these trying times.
