Entrepreneurship isn’t for the faint of heart. It also definitely isn’t for those who don’t have a passion for the craft. Yet, those beliefs are what Oleg Torbosov holds dear as a young yet budding entrepreneur. Despite his young age, he has impacted the Russian real estate industry through his company Whitewill Luxury Moscow Real Estate, which stands as a monument of what passion, dedication and hard work can do. 

Oleg is the owner and founder of Whitewill Luxury Moscow Real Estate, a luxury real estate agency specializing in premium apartments and exclusive properties. But getting to where he is today has been far from easy. The entrepreneur started from the very bottom, working as a waiter in St. Petersburg, Russia and working his way up the ladder. He knew right away that he wanted to become an entrepreneur in those years.

While working, Oleg threw himself into study and research, learning all he could about what it takes to build wealth. “‘Rich Dad, Poor Dad’ became a turning motivator for me,” shares Torbosov. “After reading that book, I decided to quit my job as a waiter and to launch my own business.” The first venture by the young entrepreneur was a design studio, which he later traded for a financial business. After scaling that venture, Oleg sold his company and moved into credit brokerage before landing in premium real estate. 

That discovery would solidify Oleg Torbosov’s entrepreneurial fate as he would experience stellar growth in premier real estate. Despite other people telling him that the young business aspirant would struggle within a highly competitive niche market, Oleg shone through the crowd. He soared to historic levels in terms of real estate sales. This year alone, the company’s volume of transactions reached over 21 billion rubles, or around $300 million. “When I first started, I was not afraid of competition,” adds Torbosov. “On the contrary, the more competition, the “livelier” and more dynamic I found the market.” 

Recently, Oleg has been moving towards education and teaching. He has developed three modules that aim to help other people start in premium real estate and grow their income there. Oleg’s program is designed to be easy-to-digest and straightforward, helping people become master brokers for new buildings in the center of Moscow. Taking all the lessons he learned with Whitewill Luxury Moscow Real Estate, Oleg designed a comprehensive learning block that takes people through all the nuts and bolts of luxury real estate.

Oleg Torbosov has also moved into writing and authored two books. The first book, “The Way of One Oleg,” is about the young entrepreneur’s first business. The second book, entitled “The Way of One Agency,” discusses luxury real estate and how Whitewill came to be. In addition, the first book dives deep into entrepreneurship and covers all the basic principles that helped the entrepreneur beat all odds and create an empire in record time.
