Leading sustainable office projects in the environmentally challenging region of the Middle East, he gained firsthand experience of the impacts of global warming and explored the potential of sustainable architecture in various regions by planning green office buildings and research labs.

Currently, Kim focuses on designing smart factories for leading global corporations in the US and Mexico, as well as residential buildings in New York.
