Younity Studios Believes Personal Success Doesn’t Have to Come at the Expense of Others

Many people today believe that success must often come at the cost of our personal relationships. Accordingly, certain driven professionals might discard, malign, or abuse others so that they might gain. One collective hopes to battle this growing tide by showing another way towards success—collective unity. The name of that group is Younity Studios, and its momentum has been on the rise.

Co-founded by artist and advocate, Hallamoda, Younity Studios is a group of artists who look towards their creative expressions to unite and inspire others.

“What we produce is representative of our true character,” shares Hallamoda. “The Younity team comes together to use their personal experiences to realize collective greatness.”

Younity came to life at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, a time where people saw the grappling effects of isolation and loneliness. Its mission was clear and straightforward—to create a movement that would show relational healing and collective success as a better norm for this success-thirsty society.

Younity Studios stands on a handful of non-negotiable values: compassion, ambition, and purpose. By focusing on these three pillars, the movement has launched multiple art installments, exhibits, murals, and fashion projects that share its message of collective unity.

“We do this while embracing our imperfections and advocating for life’s balance and harmony,” adds Hallamoda. “Our art brings people together and creates conversations that supersede peoples’ differences.”

Younity founder Hallamoda was born in and raised in Queens, New York City. He grew up in the Jamaica, Queens neighborhood, where he endlessly consumed the art around him. Accordingly, he would grow up to live to his creative potential and become an influential professional in the arts and fashion. Early on, he lost his brother Hanif to an act of violence, which crippled him for a time. But eventually, he would turn that trauma into motivation and started using his art to enrich the community. He started raising funds for after-school programs for the youth and mounted multiple mural projects that spoke against hate crimes and violence. All in all, he went on a mission to empower the youth amid trying times.

The Younity Studios leadership team also includes other notable artists and creatives. Mike Kelly, a film expert who has worked with brands like Tory Burch, Penguin Random House, and Sotheby’s, currently leads digital strategy and design.

This 2021, Younity Studios has mounted multiple projects, including sculpting events, installations, and 3D prints to further its mission. It has also started to give into non-fungible tokens to support artists and give them a place in the blockchain revolution to share their art with their world on a global scale. Younity is currently finishing up a web series entitled “MODAVATION,” and an exhibit called “Death Metal Barbie.”

Currently, Younity Studios has been operating on a “soft launch” basis. Despite that, it has grown immensely in influence and popularity. The team looks to officially launch the brand in the fall of 2021 with more exciting projects and announcements that will clarify its long-term roadmap and vision.
