Arus (Arusiak) Amarian, a leading figure in the fields of media and personal development, is the founder of the EmpowerHer Event (EWE). She began her career as a producer and TV host at 17, collaborating with major media companies and producing over 150 television projects across 22 countries. Inspired by the impact of her Life Balance course launched on February 22, 2022, Arus created EWE to expand her mission of helping women find harmony in their work and personal lives.
