Cassie Weedon spent years showing up for other people.
She was raising six children in Bakersfield, California, filling every role asked of her, and gradually losing track of what she wanted for herself.
In 2020 she went looking for it.
What she was actually missing
Cassie describes the search as being about purpose, connection, and direction. None of those are things a schedule change fixes.
What she found was network marketing, and it challenged her in ways she did not anticipate. The business mechanics were not the hard part.
The hard part was self-doubt, fear of judgment, and the discomfort of putting herself where people could see her. Underneath all of it was something harder still. Growth was going to require taking responsibility for her own future, and nobody else was going to do that for her.
The years that did not go smoothly
Cassie is direct about what came after.
There were setbacks and disappointments. Relationships changed. There were stretches where walking away would have been the easier decision by a wide margin.
She stayed, and she credits those seasons with teaching her more than the good ones did. Resilience, consistency, and what leadership actually asks of a person.
The shift that mattered most was small and practical. Cassie stopped waiting until she felt ready and started acting while she was still uncomfortable. Readiness, it turned out, was not coming.
She surrounded herself with people who pushed her thinking, invested in mentorship and education, and built the discipline to follow through on what she had promised herself.
Not having it figured out
The realization Cassie names as her biggest is one most people get backwards.
She did not have to have everything figured out in order to lead. She only had to stay willing to keep learning and keep getting better.
That changed how she handles difficulty now. Instead of letting a setback define the story, she looks for what it is teaching and what it opens up.
It is also where her philosophy comes from. Becoming over perfection.
Her path has not been a straight line and she will not pretend otherwise. Every hard part shaped the woman, mother, entrepreneur, and leader she is now. She is proud of the distance covered and more interested in who she is still turning into.
Leadership that does not need her
Cassie’s ambitions for the profession are specific.

She wants to change how people experience leadership in network marketing by building environments where people think for themselves, develop real confidence, and recognize what they are capable of.
The reason is personal. Someone believed in Cassie’s potential before she could see it herself, and that redirected her life. She wants to be that person for someone else.
She also believes the profession does something unusual. It puts people from different backgrounds in the same room, challenges beliefs they had stopped questioning, and shows them possibilities they had not considered.
What she wants other mothers to see
As a mother of six, Cassie has a particular audience in mind.
She wants women to know their ambitions do not have to disappear when they become mothers. Not that it is easy to hold both, but that giving one up is not the only option available.

Her work now centers on movement, growth, and leadership, and she builds community around all three. She is a runner as well, which is part of the same instinct.
How she measures it
Not by titles, recognition, or financial achievement.
Cassie measures by the people who find their confidence, the leaders who learn to stand without her, the relationships built, and the lives that are different because of the work.
