As we were trained to do multiple things based on our educational system, where we managed 4-6 periods a day from middle school to college, we are capable of doing multiple things a day as long as we compartmentalize what we were doing.

For example, instead of trying to work on multiple projects at once, it’s often better to focus on one task at a time and finish it before moving on to the next one. This can help to reduce distractions and increase our productivity.

In addition to setting priorities and compartmentalizing our tasks, it’s also important to stay organized. This means keeping a calendar or schedule and using tools like to-do lists and productivity apps to stay on top of our tasks. By staying organized, we can ensure that we make the most of our time and avoid wasting it.

Finally, it’s important to remember that time management is a continuous process. There will always be new challenges and obstacles to overcome, and it’s important to be flexible and adaptable. By staying focused, setting priorities, staying organized, and constantly looking for ways to improve productivity, entrepreneurs can set themselves up for long-term success.
