Film festivals are a crown jewel for actors and other film professionals, which not many get to wear in their lifetime. But rising influencer and acting powerhouse Alexandra Creteau and her husband David Murrietta Jr. now have that credential under their belt. The win comes after they graced the Silicon Beach Film Festival as representatives of the short film “Vicious Circle.”

David is an entrepreneur, and law student turned actor who has appeared on titles such as “Underdog,” “Terry’s Women,” “Mom,” “Angelics: Ascension – Promo,” “Where Sleeping Dogs Lie,” and many others. David is married to Alexandra, who has also created a career in film and entertainment as a vlogger, actress, and social media influencer. Her films include titles like “The Imperfect Seduction” and “Night of the Naked Dead ” and some others.

In 2020, the couple embarked on one of their first projects together as cast members for “Vicious Circle.” The film features the story of three individuals whose fates cross and turn into a series of mayhem-filled events. Edith and Robby McBride directed the horror and thriller short film and starred David and Alexandra.

On October 4, the short film appeared on the Silicon Beach Film Festival’s lineup of nominees. The event brings together a cross of entertainment and technology in one night to celebrate artistic and technological creativity. “Vicious Cycle” entered the “Best Thriller for 2021” category and went on to take home the prize. Alexandra Creteau and David Murrietta Jr. played a pivotal role in this win by playing significant characters.

Before coming into the acting world, David Murrietta Jr. worked in law enforcement. Alexandra shared that past career with her husband as she studied Civil and Criminal law in her hometown of Ukraine. Creteau would later move to the United States to pursue her love for modeling and acting. The couple has also built a strong following on social media, with over 400,000 followers split among them and counting on Instagram and another 9,000 subscribers on YouTube. Both David and Alexandra have also modeled for many of the most notable brands in the country.

With the “Vicious Circle” win, David and Alexandra hope to take their acting career one step closer to start taking on more significant roles. David currently has a project coming to screens soon called “Soul Cage,” where he plays Officer Damon’s character. Alexandra will also star in more flicks, including “Bloody Hands” and new feature film “The Memory Scanner.”

The influencer couple focuses a lot of their time and energy on creating new content for their followers while working on their acting prowess. They hope only to get better with time and create networks in film creator circles across the country. Alexandra and David Murrietta spend most of their time in Los Angeles but travel for work and leisure. The two guarantee that “Vicious Circle” and the Silicon Beach Film Festival will not be the last time people in the entertainment world will hear about them as they continue pursuing loftier goals.
