How Fitness Trainer Rebecca Louise Built Her Empire After Reaching an Epiphany

With the global pandemic here in LA (and across California and the rest of the world), many people have let themselves physically regress. While they seek to get back in shape as things begin to reopen by hitting the gym, the crisis has prevented them from leaving the comforts of their home. Fitness experts and coaches like Rebecca Louise have taken to online platforms to help them cope, giving them the chance to exercise and feel better about themselves.

Born in a small town in England, Rebecca Louise arrived in the United States to get her commercial pilots license. Passionate about flying, she was able to achieve her goal out of Long Beach, California airport. However, Rebecca felt that something was missing.

Before getting her work Visa to come to the States, Rebecca was cast into a fitness YouTube channel that sparked her love for the industry and helping people get fit. She had also participated in sports at a young age, playing field hockey and captaining the netball, soccer, and track teams in her high school. However, only when she earned her pilot’s license did Rebecca realize her biggest passion was in fitness and helping others improve their lives through a series of healthy exercises.

“I have also struggled with my body image at a young age,” the fitness trainer revealed, “My goal was to be able to relate to people in a way that made them feel good about themselves. I have always been sporty and have loved helping people, so I put two and two together and created the life I was meant to be living, showing people how to properly work out and eat right.”

Having found her resolve, Rebecca Louise set out to start her own YouTube channel right here in Los Angeles. Using a regular camera with natural lighting and editing the videos in iMovie, she soon found herself improving. Today, Rebecca has built a fitness empire that consists of two channels, a network marketing company, a subscription-based product, and a podcast, to name a few. Rebecca has also become a social media star and turned herself into one of the country’s top celebrity fitness and nutrition trainers; Additionally, she created the BTES fitness app with a loyal following of people who log in daily to exercise with her alongside her recommended fitness and health products.

Despite the number of other trainers both here in Los Angeles and in the online fitness space, Rebecca has maintained her spot among the most elite trainers due to the strong rapport with her followers. “I try to be active with my community and followers and help them succeed,” she elaborated, “Not just physically, but mentally as well. I always put forth my best effort and most positive energy so that my followers can be uplifted while they’re watching me.”

With an incredible empire at her disposal that continues to grow, Rebecca strives to continue impacting a million people each month by sharing her voice. “We will be traveling, doing more in-person seminars, and overall making the world a more wise and positive place, one mind at a time.” Additionally, Rebecca hopes to open a local animal charity to save and rescue as many animals as possible.

While you may see her now post-pandemic out and about in LA, you can learn more about Rebecca Louise by visiting her official website. You can also reach out to her through Facebook and Twitter.
