Twitter has banned Kanye West once again because of offensive tweets, this time he is being accused of “inciting violence.” His last ban was only two months ago.
The US rapper, now Ye, sent out a bunch of strange tweets. One of them looked like it had a symbol that was a mix of a swastika and a Jewish star.
One user asked Twitter’s new boss, Elon Musk, to “fix Kanye.”
Musk tweeted that West had “broken our rule against calling for violence.”
In a tweet, Musk said the platform would suspend the rapper’s account.
Also, US conspiracy theorist Alex Jones had his face covered with a mask during an interview on Thursday. West praised Adolf Hitler, the leader of the Nazis, and went on a rant about sin, pornography, and the devil.
The head of the Holocaust Educational Trust in the UK said that West’s comments were “repulsive and sickening.”
West has made several antisemitic and racist comments in the past few months. Which led the Adidas clothing company to cut ties with the rapper.
West’s Twitter and Instagram accounts were at first locked after he sent anti-Semitic messages in October. Both sites took down West’s posts that said Jews controlled rapper Diddy.
These posts were in response to criticism of his Paris Fashion Week show, where he wore a T-shirt that said “White Lives Matter.”
In the US, the Anti-Defamation League called his words “hate speech” and said that white supremacists were behind them. The white supremacist groups started using the phrase in 2015 to counter the Black Lives Matter movement.
Kanye West and controversies in recent times
In March of this year, Instagram banned West for 24 hours for calling comedian Trevor Noah with a racial slur.
In addition, singer Will.i.am criticized West in 2018 after he said that African-Americans may have had a “choice” to be enslaved. Even though he tried to explain himself later.
The right-wing social media platform Parler said just hours before that West could no longer buy the company.
Parlement Technologies said, “The company and Ye have both agreed to end the intent to sell.”
The company popular among conservatives and people on the far right, said it made the decision in mid-November.
The company said, “Parler will continue to look for new methods to grow and improve the platform for our active community.”

However, Musk took over Twitter in October and started making significant changes immediately, like restoring controversial accounts back on the site.
He clarified that he had nothing to do with West’s return to Twitter, saying that they restored his account before he bought the social media site.
Doctors diagnosed West with bipolar disorder years ago and has talked about his struggles with his mental health in public.
But doctors and people who have the same mental illness as West have said that mental illness and antisemitism are not the same things.
