Getting people out of jail is an all-too-common service but more than that is life after getting out of jail. Typically, bail bond services only ensure their clients honor the terms of their bail but Miss Brooke Harlan, owner, and CEO of BROOKE’s Bail Bonding is taking things several steps further by transforming her clients’ lives.

Based in Nashville, Miss Brooke Harlan’s work running a bail bonds company is a calling and her commitment to transforming her clients’ lives has remained unwavering for years. She believes in her mission of bringing awareness to the social injustices many of her clients have to face because of a broken system. Beyond providing bail bond services, she uses her platforms to give a voice to the voiceless by sharing their stories and developing a plan of action to effect positive changes in the system and the world.

As an active player in the bail bond industry, Miss Brooke Harlan strongly believes in making an impact by being a powerful voice and advocate for the “condemned.” BROOKE’s Bail Bonding executes the business aspect of getting people out of jail and then goes further to provide resources and consistent support. The company also goes into communities to create awareness and protect people from becoming victims of the judicial system. Some of the initiatives that BROOKE’s Bail Bonding has implemented include certified life coaching sessions, peer support services, and working with key stakeholders to develop creative solutions to generational problems that community members suffer from.

Miss Brooke Harlan and BROOKE’s Bail Bonding aim to connect with everyone who wants to see a better judicial service as well as people going through one form of social injustice or the other. “We are here to bring awareness to the fact that everyone’s constitutional right to make bail is being threatened, and we need to advocate for the justice system to eliminate bail reform,” Miss Brooke said.

BROOKE’s Bail Bonding understands that getting people out of jail is a recurring need; thus, the company is available 24/7 to take calls from clients. The company’s bail agents are also certified life coaches and are well-versed in providing support and resources that clients may need to get their lives on track. “The judicial system does not work on a 9 to 5 schedule. People are trapped in jail 24/7 and understanding this pushes us to go above and beyond for clients that deserve to be heard and taken care of,” Miss Brook promised.

Building and running a company like BROOKE’s Bail Bonding was inspired by family. Miss Brooke’s grandparents and parents owned and operated bail bond companies and over the last two decades, she has achieved immense success with many clients. She sees the difference she makes and wants to keep doing the same for many others. “We, as a team, have done so much good for our communities, the state of Tennessee, and for one another that I can’t imagine waking up each day and doing anything different. I love what I do, and I love being a source of change within a system that can feel so broken at times,” she said.

In the next few years, Mss Brooke hopes to extend BROOKE’s Bail Bonding’s services to cover more counties in Tennessee and even other states. The goal is to become the number one bail bond company in the United States and launch a franchise for BROOKE’s Bonding to accelerate that growth while helping real people in an unfair world.
