When she turned eighteen, the She Is Phenomenal founder joined the Army Reserves, transitioning into the Active Duty Navy four months before her contract ended. During her time as a reservist, she graduated from the University of Phoenix with a degree in Criminal Justice. Ten years of service later, a new chapter began for Caldonia Rudd, and with fresh perspectives on her goals and dreams came the drive to help other women live their dreams and the discovery of a love for interior design.
In February of 2020, Caldonia founded She Is Phenomenal to reach out to women and lend them a hand in overcoming limiting and negative self-beliefs.
