Hailing from Malmö, the talented Swedish musician Simon Andersson has garnered noteworthy nominations at the World Entertainment Awards 2023. This gala, held annually in Hollywood alongside the Grammy Award week, recognizes outstanding achievements in global entertainment. Simon Andersson proudly stands nominated in two fiercely contested areas, “Best Rock Song” and “Best Newcomer,” for his compelling composition, “Try.”
Simon’s artistic journey started in his pre-teens, making waves at the age of 11 on his inaugural TV program and receiving his first musical recognition at just 13. Post-high school, he pursued his passion at the Malmö Academy of Music, successfully gaining acceptance into the music producer program with aspirations that he would meet and exceed for a future professional career.
