Getting the opportunity to turn things around for good is not something that happens to everyone in their lives. The founder of Uplift Provisions Company, LLC, Rocco Danieli, was not only able to turn his life around positively, but he also is getting the chance to pay it forward by helping people that need help. At one point in his life, Rocco was heavily addicted to alcohol, and it took surviving a horrific car accident that broke his feet to set him straight.
Uplift Provisions Company LLC became the shining star that lit Rocco’s life path. Since the company began operations, he has been committed more than ever to a course that changes people’s lives positively. Based in New England, Uplift Provisions Company was founded in early 2017 to provide a much-needed hair care solution that took out heavily scented hair styling products. Before then, Rocco had been frustrated with products that had heavy scents and left heavy residue in the hair. He chose to do something about it by creating his company.
The idea for Uplift Provisions Company was the perfect silver lining in Rocco’s cloud, and it helped him a lot on his path to recovery. He set to research and development for his product, and he based his entire operations on simple and clean ingredients. When the products went on sale, they became popular in the local market, and Uplift Provisions Company set up to a great start that required more hands. Rocco recruited his long-time friend Steve Presti and his wife, Kelly Presti, to support him. They launched the company officially in late 2018, emphasizing its commitment to help as many people as possible. From that time till date, the brand has kept to this promise.
Uplift Provisions Company would not have come to life if Rocco Daniels did not slip into the sudden realization that he was getting drowned in alcohol addiction. Right after his accident, he assigned himself to helping others look better and feel better while taking care of himself. He started eating better, exercising more, and avoiding environmental toxins.
The products from Uplift Provisions Company do not contain ingredients like sulfates, phthalates, and dyes. The three products include a “Signature Pomade” for stronghold, a “Styling Compound” that is a mix of Kaolin Clay, and the Signature Pomade that delivers a more pliable appearance. The third product is the “Texture Dust,” a dry product, which gives the hair an additional lift and a fuller volume. By 2021 summer, Uplift Provisions Company will launch a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner designed to aid beard shaving without razor burn or irritation.
In January, Uplift Provisions Company will be donating 1% of all sales to The Family Restored, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping those afflicted by addiction and their families. On a personal level, Rocco continues to help recovering addicts as an Independent Facilitator at both Meta Addiction Treatment Center in North Reading, MA and Banyan Treatment Center in Wilmington, MA. He teaches Mindfulness and Meditation classes for those chasing long-term sobriety.
